Forums - Politics Discussion - How Will the Terrorist Attacks in Paris Impact the Refugee Crisis?

Hundreds of thousands of Syrians and refugees from other countries are coming into Europe, and while a majority of them are trying to escape Islamic terrorism, with there being such a huge number of them coming over not everyone will be able to assimilate into the western culture and way of life and so more people will be radicalized and more terrorist attacks will happen across Europe.

With one of the terrorists holding a Syrian refugee passport, I hope that Europe wakes up and realizes that taking in such a massive number of refugees isn't a good idea for them and that they cut back on the number of refugees that they take in.

How do you think this tragedy will effect the refugee crisis?

P.S. (I hope that this will be an open discussion [mods willing] so feel free to say whatever you want and hopefully you won't be called a bigot or Islamaphobe)

He did say "winter is coming" though...  I just checked my calendar and sure enough he was right!

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

We do not know how many more ISIS members have already come through the refugee crisis.. For all we know there could already be sleeper cells all over europe by now. This migration can prove to be far more fatal than we realize

I would have cared about the refugee's if they actually behaved like refugee's. Just watch all the rape victims speak out about their experience with them. Their moms and families whom doesn't understand why they left, the war isn't even in those regions. Refugee's even treatens to go back to Syria if they don't get better food or more money.. These refugee's are escaping a economical distress not war. One of the refugee's even went back on holidays after he got is visum(permit to stay in this country) i believe 20% of them to be real, because real refugee's doesn't leave their children behind in a so called war-zone

It won't because Europe is a guard dog without teeth. It can bark but it can't invade Syria and end IS, nor can it close it boundaries. So as tolerant as we are we have to tolerate the ocassional terrorist attack. Extreme right might rise resulting in a not very suitable living space for muslims causing them yo leave which solves a part of the problem.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

European politicians worst fear is not the dissenting opinions of the people they are supposed to serve, it is not getting the same people killed, their greatest fear is to be considered racist
