Hm, that's tricky one - I tend not to watch too much movies these days (actually, last decade and a half or two), not because I don't want to, I just generally find that most of them are really, really bad, and I find it easier to find decent or even great show and stick with it.

That said, I would always take great film over great show, no matter how much I love latter.

Videogames above all but from the two movies. It shorter for me and it comes to the point.

I'd say a very well made TV show. You get long character development, arcs, and stories. Just look at say Game of Thrones.

But I also like Twilight Zone (original) because of so many good short stories.

They remake movies, games, make extra version because when the audience is attached to characters, they want to see them over time. Just look how excited people are over the 30 year old Star Wars, or the 80+ year old new King Kong movies.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Movies, for the most part, last way too long and I generally stop paying attention. The exception would be films where something really different is going on which engages my imagination.

Have you seen Paprika?

Yep.  It was excellent and a lot of fun.

Movies. Then again I am an aspiring filmmaker. I do not even watch tv anymore. TV shows take up too much time and I rarely watch every episode. I hate filler as well. In the time it takes to watch all the episodes of just one series I could watch a lot more movies and absorb way more cultural knowledge.

Movies, better acting, better known actors, better cinematography, better visual effects, better special effects, better makeup effects, better plots, better soundtracks. Top rated actors rarely do anything for TV and the top rated composers also rarely work for TV.

i like TV shows because you get elongated stories and the breaks provide suspense and easy reference points for when youre going through a binge. Movies can be more of a one-time run with a satisfying plot. Movie franchises can be a great middle area, especially when its done right. But overall, TV shows trump movies just for the length. It gives more room for lore and character development.

Use to be films dominated shows for me. But past 15 years and premium channels have elevated television to be on par and simply different form of story telling.

Used to prefer movies but the increasing quality of TV shows in the past 15 years changed everything for me. Though if we're talking about the 20th century I'd take movies before TV shows any day.

This, production values of television shows have really narrowed the gap between TV and film.

Both, but I prefer movies overrall.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won
