Cloud is cool and all but the game has enuff sword guys and has he ever appeared on any Nintendo consoles? Perhaps in one of the FF rythm games but not anything else.

I'm just wondering if this leads to any indication, of there being additional news regarding FFVII or FF as a whole with Nintendo soon? Seems like an odd partnership otherwise.

It could just mean Nintendo get all the profit for the Cloud DLC sales while it promotes FFVII on PS4. Smash got Ryu as well but there isn't SF V for Wii U or NX planned.

Yeah devs are pretty open about bringing their IP's over even if it means nothing more. Look at snake at ssbwii, didn't mean any mgs game came to wii(I believe)
