Forums - Gaming Discussion - CBS: Video Games are saving Symphony Orchestras and Filling Concert Halls

Really nice to hear!

I've always been a big fan of video game music, so when pieces get orchestrated, it sounds all the better.

That's awesome and well earned! At long last at least part of the video game industry is started to be recognised

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

Eventually, there will be CGI museums to celebrate art created by man and machine working together.

Imagine the Impossible

Just went last friday to listen to this one, Zelda Syonphony of the Godesses. Great great show.
It was super expensive but worth it. And they also had intermissions inbetween the songs with Miamoto talking about the franchise on how it started and other to the franchise important people.
and the gameplay that told the story of the games while this wonderful music was playing...
Absolutely stunning!

I'd actually go to one of these if they were playing video game music.

I go to the final fantasy distant worlds every year. love it.

How I envy you.  My favorite performance of the show is "Answer" by Susan Calloway.

I frequent Video Games Live and Distant Worlds and highly recommend them.
