Forums - Sony Discussion - Black Friday: PS4 $300 + 3 Months PSPlus + $50 Gift Card At Meijer (Thanks To Modbod)

Sony only just dropped the price of the PlayStation 4, but it looks like the platform holder's planning to play limbo on Black Friday. A leaked Meijer flyer has revealed that the retailer will be selling the new-gen system with Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection for $299.99 – and should you brave the crowds, you'll even get a $50 gift card for future purchases.

It's worth pointing out that this offer will actually be available on 26th November, so you may have to skip your Thanksgiving dinner to snap it up. As such, it could be a special promotion – but last year's Black Friday bundles seemed to roll out at other stores, so we'd bank on this one being available elsewhere. And if that's the case, Sony could clean up this Christmas.

If you've already got a console, then it's perhaps worth pointing out that Meijer will be dropping the DualShock 4 down to $39.99, while games like Until Dawn, Need for Speed, and Assassin's Creed Syndicate will be available for $40. You can peruse the full lineup of offers through here, and we'll have many more discounts as the devilish day nears.

Good deal. This is the most obvious route Sony will take this BF.

Gotta get the old models out of the stores.

Why is there French on the box? Is this for Canada?

Even if this gen isn't going to be a long one, we can see from the prices today that by its end consoles are going to be much cheaper than PS360 now which might help it live through next gen.
