so true. i reckon they will start to take the majority of the big deals. CoD, battlefront, Battlefield, Assassins Creed, anything rockstar related as well.

Nintendo, we are looking at you.

Playstation always has been and will always be the best place for third party games!

So Sony, what is best in life?

"To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women."

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

I fail to see whats to be impressed about this. Multuplatform games should remain so. If its by a third party, why should one userbase miss out just because one company is throwing money at the devs???

When MS did it with a couple of franchises last gen, PS3 owners were upset about it.

Now Sony seem to be doing this with every game virtually having an hour or sometimes even more exclusive to their console and this is commendable???

This to me is lazy and cheap.

I agree that it's stupid for a multiplatform game to have exclusive content for one console.

Though I think most of the reason people didn't like what MS did last gen was because they used 3rd party exclusives to make up for their relatively weak first party. Sony doesn't have that issue.

On forum list wars MS may have appeared to have a weak line up, but I'm pretty sure most 360 owners were happy with their games.

Thats what makes it so popular for both Sony and Microsoft.

Its easy marketing for the console. When your platform has exclusive content for a huge game, it will make people want the version on your platform. Its so basic, yet so effective.

So PS4 is become more and more like Xbox 360??? Yup but added with PS3 level of first party quality and quantity. Which is far better then people would expected or even matched PS2 sheer of games in the same year? It will be hard for Xbox one to close the gap. SONY have all the cards (3rd party, 2nd Party, first party and VR).

Yes Sonys has good cards to play, but so does Microsoft. Xbox has an already extremely strong exclusive lineup next year with Quantum Break, Scalebound, Gears 4, Fable, and more. Plus, the exclusive marketing and DLC deal with Bethesda for Fallout 4 this year and next. I dont think Microsoft is too worried, just more selective.
