So Forza bundle a much bigger system seller by % increase in the UK and USA than the Destiny bundle. That's a bit surprising. I'm assuming the weakness of TTK on the software side is because of the overwhelming majority of people who are just buying the expansion digitally rather than rebuying the entire game?

Oh! Didn't know VGChartz separates Expansion Packs copies sold to the main game.

Why wouldn't they? If it's sold in hard copy VGC will track it. VGC tracked inFamous First Light...though not very well by the look of things, unless it never got a physical release in North America.

Yeah, First Light physical was EU and Australia only and released a few weeks after the digital release.

So nice having numbers back.....

Forza sales are 3 times lower than it's preorders. What's wrong with the chart?

Right, I've let Brett know the games affected and the amounts that need adding. He'll hopefully update the chart when he next comes online.

Sorry about that guys. Won't happen again.

Like I've said before, this is a transition and mistakes will happen. You still have training wheels on and we are (or should be) patient and tolerant. And of course we are just grateful to be getting regular chart updates.

Of course in my line of work I pretty much always find that the system has a flaw and very rarely the operator (minion who the company wants to sack as a scapegoat) is entirely to blame. If the system was such that pre-order numbers were automaticallly incorporated then forgetting would never be a problem. Fix that hole in the system and the problem is permanently solved AND foolproof (not that I am saying you are a fool).

Global sales numbers are out! Machina strikes again!

About the numbers themselves, they, particularly SW ones, are wildly jumping up and down from a week to another, the good season is definitely starting, with MGS, Madden and DQ currently having contributed to the largest recent overall HW and SW boosts, and Mario the largest percent boost to a single platform, but alas starting from a modest baseline and landing on a still modest higher level.

Oh fuck fuck fuck, I messed up and forgot to add the pre-orders on for new entries besides Taken King on the chart for that week in the US.

Gonna have to wait for Brett to fix that one I'm afraid.

It's all okay, you made vgchartz alive again and small problems can't change that.

BTW, I have another forza-related question. Are bundled copies of this - and other - games included in the chart?
