I don't even know how it happened.  Over the course of the past year, my gf and I have been ultra competitive in the game.  There were times when I was just one move away from clearing a frustrating level so I'd just spend the 99 cents to continue.  Little did I realize that I had suffered the "Death by 1000 tiny cuts".

I'm easily miles ahead of anyone on my Facebook friends list and more than double the levels of my fiancé.  And what do I have to show for it?  Playing a level indistinguishable from levels I've played months ago? No awesome cinematics or anything.  I'm ashamed of myself!!  Today, I'm going to take the big step and uninstall the game.

Just let me finish this one level....

My mom played the original so much that there were no more levels to play. Luckily, she doesn't have a credit card linked to the game. Just pure talent!

Yeah I'm feeling that urge with Pokemon shuffle right now. But I'm not giving in just yet!!

Never played candy crush and i try to avoid those kind of games.
Played bejeweled long time ago but that didnt cost me anything.

Maybe it's better this way. Those small investments really build up over time. I don't really play on mobile devices myself, unless handhelds are counted as well. I play on those.

I used to mock mibile gamers, especially the ones who spent money on these games. Now, look at me. LOOK AT ME!

I sometimes get tempted to buy Hero Points for Marvel Puzzle Quest because I'm always in need of some to add new heroes to my roster. I think the only reason I've resisted is because I have a joint account with my husband and I would be so ashamed of him seeing that transaction.

This is how I felt. It took a lot for me to back out of Fantasica, but I was spending hundreds of dollars every year, so I had to stop.
