Don't even talk about Sucker Punch guys. I love them so much, I'd really like to see their next game: be it an inFamous or a new IP, I'm sure I'd love it either way. I would really like if they developed a new Sly Cooper someday too, it's an amazing series.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Oh yeah, if it's totally different like you said, then yes, I would be hyped even with a teaser!

Regarding the date, I'm sure it's 2017. Too close to be 2016, and since Sony already have some important heavy hitters coming next year, I think they'll save GoW for 2017.

That's possible, if Sony is planning TLOU for 2017, maybe GoW will be 2016, if not, if TLOU only comes 2018, than GoW will be 2017.

Can't wait to see it, Santa Monica is such a talented studio, it'll be like when Naughty Dog teased Uncharted 4 at E3 2014, it'll probably be so jaw dropping it'll hurt XP

Imagine that The Order like graphic quality or better with God of War usual epic presentantion and scale while listening that orchestral deep music...

Just can't wait!

i think GoW will retain its march release date.  March 2017 seems very reasonable to me. with Infamous SS2 coming out in the summer.

2016 is already stacked.

Uncharted, Street Fighter, Ratchet and Clank, Dreams,  Gravity Rush 2,  Horizon and TLG. with GTS possibily releasing and Detroit as well.

Summer is E3 time there? Don't really like when people use this as a parameter as it's a totally different time depending on were are you from...
'Cause I'm feeling TLOU 2 will be their holiday 2017 big game, and if it's too close to that it may be set to come to die.

yes it is.

there is a big time difference between march on holiday 2016.

in 2013 GoW:A launched in march and TLoU in june. no biggie.

And look at the disparity in sales between those two games...

Some people don't even know GoW had a 4th console game.

It may be set to die once TLOU hype is big after E3.
(I'm talking about Sucker Punch game you expect to come around June/July).

that has nothing to do with the timing release of both games though.

and a few months between releases is more than enough. its like saying batman Sales were effected by CoD.

Just saying that once TLOU hype hits, people will be forgetting anything else.

But yeah, it may be enough, or maybe not, if SP is July and ND is October, it's actually pretty close enough to do some damage IMO.

I think you're giving TLoU too much credit. It is no CoD or Pokémon, it won't effect God of War, which is hyped as well even if it's less, if it releases like 8 or 9 months later. No problem there, I think the March 2017 release date sounds reasonable.

As you can see from Google Trends, The Last of Us didn't have more interest or hype than God of War III did back in 2010, people forget how big GoW is or was, probably because GoW3 is still so severly under-tracked along with most of the series.

God of War: Ascension still had a lot of hype, the reason why it didn't do so well is because it was a weak entry to the series and was a multiplayer-focused prequel nobody wanted therefore had poor word of mouth, even then it still managed a respectable ~3m.

If God of War IV released the same year as TLoU2 both games will be huge (assuming both are amazing), neither will have ill-effect on the other.

And holy shit PS Experience is only a week away, where did the time go? I hope God of War IV is officially revealed, would make my xmas.

"Nioh is Shuhei Yoshida's most anticipated game"

haha, i never felt so justified about anticipating a game.

Today game is Nioh, Koei Tecmo's recently reintroduced PS4 exclusive game that was once set to be one of PS3 first titles.
Nioh is Shuhei Yoshida's most anticipated game, and feels like a mix of Souls, Ninja Gaiden, Onimusha and whatever else you like.

Lets just say... Onimusha.

Hunting Season is done...

Ace Combat 7 will be announced at PSX according to recent leaks
http://www.dualshockers.com/2015/11/29/rumor-ace-combat-7-might-be-announced-with-a-trailer-at-playstation-experience/

Mh .. I was always thinking the last weeks .. can we expect Dragon Quest XI announcement for the West (X too) with a first trailer that shows Direct-feed?

FFVII Remake stuff, along with the "Releasing now!" news for the PSN version.

Ace Combat 7

Resident Evil could show up, its been over 3 years since RE6 and theres a new film releasing in 2016 too. Big show, lots of people will be attending/watching, good place to announce it if it doesnt show up at the The Game Awards. Will be announced with the RE6 Remaster.

Valkyria Chronicles/ Blue Revolution trailers.

AGENT

Uncharted 4 story trailer

God of War 4

Indies

God of War 4 will probably end the show, but I dont expect them to announce much new. All hell would break loose if Kojima turned up, or if they announced the long awaited JRPG from Japan Studio.

-shrugs-

Edit - I forgot about Sony Bend. Can probably expect the PS4 game theyre developing to show up.
