Why would people who already like the game complaining , and also like i said people who dislike and speak their opinion often more louder on the forum and comment section, for example if someone said " this is good enough" then people who dont like the game replaying the guys over and over and it's giving the impresion the majority of people dont like the games.
And also graphic mod like ENB on skyrim often spoiled PC gamer because it looks so good and oftenly look down every games that came after that. And One of the reason most of people downplay Fallout 4 graphic because they compare with Skyrim with mod, it's hard to argue in this.

Because they feel they ened to defend the game?, that's really what fans do when they feel their favourite game is being ill recieved by others and it;s evident when you constantly see one crowd vs another.
I don't get how dislike is louder than liking something, what I;m seeing here is more people that like the game speaking against those that dislike the visuals, I'm seeing this across multiple sites. When one person says they think the visuals are "ugly" then 5 or more swoop down to rag on his opinion and it comes from those same people who love the game for what it is and have no complaints, thus it shows those that are fine with the game just end up complaining more than those actually complaining at all.
The "it's good enough", if it is then why do you need to keep mentioning it over and over?, plenty of people do that all the time and they keep asserting that, if it truly is you wouldn't even need to say your piece or just say it once and move on.
Also not every PC gamer uses an ENB, I for example am one who doesn't choose to use one due to the lighting it effects in general and I have a dislike for bloom, blur, DoF, film grain, Chromatic Abberation and all that other jazz some folks like a lot of. Dying Light for example makes heavy use of those effects and they actually do bog down on performance, esepcially CA which is mostly used with photography and in some small cases media as well, instead I prefer to remove that to make my image a lot more clear to my eyes, doesn't make me spoilt or anything like that, I mod how I please and that's the rgeatest benefit on the platform.
I've played vanilla games plenty of times for years on end and then decide to mod them to add a different variety and enhance my multiple play throughs.
I dunno why you think everyone looks down on F4 due to a 4 yr old games visual mods, if anything the mods are all dated and have shown their age. The important thing that people are seemingly forgetting here is that bethesda are still using Gamebryo which is a very old engine, people like to throw in "oh they rebranded it and tweaked it a lot!", it's still the same exact engine down to the core whether you like it or not and it's age has shown for a long time compared to most engines. That and you've also got to throw in the fact that this gens systems aren't absolute powerhouses either and of course they haver to make sure the lwoest plat can run the game as much as possible so sacrifices are going to be made naturally.
End of the day I'm not looking down entirely on the game due to what you think is the cause of ENB's, no I;m looking down on it for a myriad of reasons both personal in taste and due to Bethesda's choices themselves. we are allowed to judge a game by how it looks and how it plays.
