Funny that you think its a good thing (i assume), it means MS is losing even more money if true

Actually no, Costco already bought them from Microsoft. If they are selling their stock cheap it will affect only the retailer.

It will affect the numbers of Xbox Ones Costco will order in the future though.

Ok? But Microsoft will still lose money, I'm not sure what you're trying to argue.

Ehm, you could get the xone for 250 in amazon.de, it doesn't mean it was the official price, just amazon who wanted to get less stocks.

So its 3 cents cheaper than a wiiu. Let that sink in.

That depends on the type of deal that Costco has with MS. MS might just as well be taking the hit.

Also, do you remember the time, when there was no official cut from MS, but every single retailer was selling Xbones for $50 cheaper than the official price? I think we're gonna have this story repeating itself. MS knows they can't compete on fair terms, but may again feel too ashamed to admit it.

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.

It might start a domino effect with retailers matching that sale and trying to get rid of any overstock that's collecting dust. It certainly hurts the xbox one's percieved value and image.

I am not arguing, i am educating you

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

- George Orwell, ‘1984’

If a price-cut like this happened, it would be insane!

All he said was that Microsoft was losing money and you said no. But then you go and say they are losing money, you're very confusing.
