Today Rocket League update 1.06 released, and Reddit user ManstoorHunter noticed something: under the game's Recent Activities on the game's PS4 page Rocket League is now named Rocket League (Cross Buy Later). 

What could this mean? PS4-PC cross buy? Will Rocket League come to an other PlayStation platform? Or is it a simple mistake? Sure would be a strange one...

Vita version?

PS3 version seems the most likely to me. There honestly is no way there'll be Steam-PS cross-buy. Simply won't happen.

Either they found a way to shrink it down to work on Vita, which would be phenomenal, or they're releasing on PS3. PS3 seems most likely, but a Vita version would be killer.

Portal 2 had PS3>PC cross-buy. If you bought the PS3 version and linked your PSN and Steam accounts you got a free Steam copy of the game.

But that was a special reward for linking your PSN and Steam accounts. Not the same as cross-buy, really.

Would be nice if it comes for PS3. More players would be great.
