This is business, in a situation like this you have to respond in one way or another. These are the rules of competition, you either play the game or you die, cause you are forced out of the market.
It's obvious that MS can't cut the price to a ridiculous level, they have their costs, but on the other hand - they cannot afford to be outgunned by PS4 so badly. I expect either a cut (at least $30) or MS sweetening the bundles they are releasing. I think they're going to repeat the deal from last year, where you could select one extra game on Live! for free. Maybe both. Still, they have to react. I am very happy that MS is pressuring Sony after all and is forcing them to step up their game, I hope they keep at it with an incoming revision of the ridiculous build of the Xbone and a pricecut.
Nintendo on the other hand... Oh, who cares! I couldn't care less about what they are doing outside of releasing the NX. A price cut is always nice, but there is no way it would be beneficial for them, so they might as well stay at the current level and ride this gen out.
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/
My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.
