We love everyone, there is no console war, congrats to Sony, they made a good product but we don't care about them, we're proud of what we're doing and everything's good, we're giving great games (Halo, TR) and value (W10, BC) to the gamers and will continue to do so (with Recore and Scalebound because we have great relationships with Japanese devs too) ? ^^

Also enjoyed hearing about how the launch was as a person that worked on xbox team.

When he paints that picture of a guy with Xbox tattooed on his arm, comeing up to the team in tears,... and how stuff like that effects the people there working behinde the scenes. Seems like most of them, apart from management, didnt really approve of alot of the changes they planned to make back then.

The part about the guys from redwood? that worked on backwards compatability being there at E3 for the announcement, and how that effected them.

Read about this on GAF. Was an awesome interview. Loved his views on the Xbone launch, he didn't shy away from any of the bad stuff at all. "more manipulative product" describes the initial Xbone plan perfectly. Was also funny to see him address the idea that he shies away from comparisons to competitors simply because he is "losing". Closet Chartz lurker confirmed? Also interesting to see him say to Microsoft as a whole, Sony and Nintendo wouldn't break their top 10 competitors.

Can't wait to see a console designed from the ground up with Phil at the helm. Should be fucking amazing.
