Then they should stop artificially segregating themselves and allow cross platform multiplayer. There is literally no good reason why multiplayer should be limited to only one platform when PC and mobile both don't have this issue.

He makes comparisons to sony's PS4 all the time and for good reason regardless of how he tries to spin it differently. The PS4 is the leading platform with over 50 percent market share. If he's not comparing their platform to the PS4, he should get a different job. Businesses constantly compare themselves to their competition and adapt accordingly to beat their competitors. What he's trying to do is convince others not to compare the xbox one to the PS4.
