Forums - Sales Discussion - Titanfall is at 1% of a billion

Titanfall was at 8m unique players at December 2014.

While the game has died out since then I doubt there've only been 2m new players.

Also new copies are dirt cheap anyway.

I think they would've been a little bit more clear had it been 10 million sold

Maybe it's the 10th million party.

A lot more likely than the game selling 10 million units honestly. Differences between unique players and sold through numbers can easily be in the millions.

Also I don't see why it would be surprising for a game to "only" get 2 million more unique players in its second year, especially since I've heard several times now that the game was essentially dead on PC.

I might be 10000001 when I get my X1 lol

Gotta figure out how to set these up lol.

If this is sales i would say 3 million xbo 1.5 million 360 and 5.5 million for pc. But ti most likely unique players.

That's a lot of people that have seen Titanfall.

Of course, according to most on GAF and some here, Microsoft was expecting 1% of a trillion.

I contributed two copies(one physical and one EA Access) lol.

10 mil unique users would be something to celebrate if this were on a subscription model. They're being opaque about what this is on purpose so it can be misquoted before they clarify it.

I find it hard to believe it sold 10 million.

If the sequel has a single player campaign that it's at least 8 hours long, I will buy it. Otherwise, no.
