I'm not sure myself but I'd say a lot of what we see is down to Amazon themselves and not Sony. For instance, I think the Nathan Drake bundle and Guitar Hero hasn't sold as fast as Amazon would have liked and so they're now offering the the special bundle with both. If you look at the bundles for the XB1 it can't be a good thing for Amazon for there to be 9 bundles with only 3 (at most) being in the top 100. They must have lots of stock just sitting there.
