the tower is meh, yes top fans can deal better with heat, but they colect much more dust than front or side fans.
  oh and its fuckn expensive.

the powersupply looks okay, but i dont know the brand, i have a be quiet, same price range if you take 1000w and they are realy well quiet^^

ohh and i pref SSHD over normal HDD, but you have a SSD, should be fine

Is this a gaming PC or are you doing some heavy video editing and CAD?

CPU is overkill and does not fit on the board, which also is overkill. Do you plan on overclocking your CPU? Yes or no, "maybe later" means no.
No overclock i7 6700 and a smaller board. With overclock the k variant.

AIO water cooling is bollocks. Get yourself a decent air cooler for half the price and half the noise.

PSU is overkill. 500W is more than sufficient. My heavily overclocked 980 ti runs on 480W.

If you have money to spare, definitely get a bigger SSD.

I'm going overkill to be future proof. Not a video editing pc, this is for gaming. thanks for the tips

i7 5820 is LGA2011 socket, you picked LGA1151 motherboard.

I would probably take Gigabyte's 980Ti over MSI (though, MSI's is good as well) and Seasonic or Antec PSU...also, treat yourself with Fractal Design case.

There is no such thing as future proof. Your 980ti won't even last 2 years. Any current 4 core i7 will last you for the next 5 years. A 6700K is also a good amount faster than the 5820k due to newer architecture and higher clock. It's also cheaper with a proper board.

You're tallking about future proof but you're picking an outdated CPU?

CPus and GPUs will not consume more, but less in the future so having an oversized PSU now will only be even more oversized in the future. In case you're wondering, an oversized PSU will draw more from the socket than a proper fit due to the efficiency curve.

Use pcpartpicker. It will tell you the compatibility of the parts, if there are any issues.

Few things:

Power supply is overkill unless you plan to SLI.

Water cooler is overkill unless you plan to overclock, and overclock pretty dang high. Which means you need to spend more on a motherboard than you really have to. Go with an i7 4790k (or broadwell/skylake equivalent - the latter for DDR4) if you really want an i7, but an i5 4690k should be sufficient for gaming without bottlenecks for the next five years.

If you don't want to overclock then just go with an i7 4790 (skylake equivalent for DDR4) and a Z97 board (Skylake equivalent for DDR4.)

based on the feedback I got, what do you guys think about this set up?

I still think the 5820 and the water cooling is a bad idea. It's more expensive, louder and less powerful than a 6700k + air cooling combo would be.

So I changed the 3 components.

The 6700K is sufficient and in fact faster than the 5820k. Those 2 extra cores on the 2011 CPU will do you no good in games.

I picked the ASUS MB because it's the cheapest of the line. There are no performance differences between them. Also I like ASUS MBs. You should only pick a more expensive one if you have specific demands for slots/connectors.

To match this I got you the Noctua D15. You will not find better cooling at lower noise unless you build your own. Noctua are hands down the best cooler manufacturers with great support to boot.

Meh, spending that amount of money on a gaming PC...
Tell me how much your monitor+speakers+headphones+peripherals+chair is worth. Those are altogether much more important.

And for the PC the aspect much more important than any other is how quiet it is.
