there's a reason that this is $99.
Okay for browsing the internet but that's it.

This thing should cost $50 imo at MOST.

nah. Case is probably around $20 already. And even if 80GB is not a lot, they aren't making them anymore or at least not many of them. It'll cost probably about the same to make/buy as a 500GB HDD.

If you seriously want a system to play games on, NEVER buy any business model system from either HP, Dell or Lenovo (HP being the worst).

you should be able to play alot of older games without problems.

origin is giving away c&c red alert 2 for free, thats a good game in a pure pc genre, it should run without a problem and its free.(its from 2000 and well it didnt aged so well, but its still a great game)

Gaming is an option you will have to ditch on this.

You can probably find a low profile low-end discrete GPU and make the PC into a 720p 7th gen gaming box/HTPC. Try out some modded fallout and skyrim. ;)

This a troll thread?

Okay, since everyone is being nice I'm going to be blunt and honest, for OP's sake:

I wouldn't accept this computer if it was free. I don't have the space and it's just about worthless. Old processor running on old ram on an old motherboard with a small hard drive and no video card. We have refurbished models of this at the store I work at and people but then only to return them. They're junk.

You don't need the best... But this doesn't even show up on my radar as the worst computer. It shows up as a calculator/emulatorbrowser.

It's decent - for 2007. Now in 2015, it's even getting owned hard by AMD APUs

Since there's no mention about agraphics card, expect something like a GeForce 7500LE or similar OEM Graphics card which are below those of PS360 in specs

However, gaming is still possible. While anything newer than 2006 is pretty much out of reach (nevermind even trying gunning for higher settings), it could be great as a retro PC running DosBOX or early WinXp titles like KotOR 1+2. If you want to find games to play on that PC, check out the GOG catalogue, many acclaimed games there should run on that PC. Just don't expect modern visuals. The games in this List should run on your "new" PC: https://www.gog.com/games##sort=bestselling&release=1995_2005,p1995&page=1

Oh, and the price is still a ripoff. You could find better ones for 50$ at Computer flea markets.

Don't listen to the Negative Nancies! Use it to play freeware old games: countless hours of classic PC gaming awaits!!!

I don't know too much about Pc in general but doesn't seem like you will be able to play post-2010 games or so. At least it's better than the one I have (RAM 256MB D:)
