Nintendo handheld market is their strongest half in their gaming business according to unit sales. I was wondering how well does that translate to the people here in VGChartz or, if in constrast to what the sales out there show, people here are more into Nintendo consoles than their handheld.  Of course, you could be into both, but let us see about that.

Feel free to share why you prefer consoles to handheld if it is the case.

Of course, I'm polling this one.

I have always prefered handhelds over consoles, and now that the handhelds are getting more and more powerful, I preffer them more than ever.

Handhelds, I always get the handhelds quickly after the release. I could wait a bit for their consoles to accumulate a backlog.

I was into the consoles more than 3DS come out and changed all that (even bought multiple 3ds consoles), then 3DS kind of went in limbo with software that appealed to me and Wii U has taken over again

I grew up on Nintendo handhelds, so for me it's handhelds hand down.
Although I do probably love my WiiU as much as I do because it's practically a big ol' Handheld.
Strange thing about that is that I don't even game much on the go, I'll do it on long travels, but on a day to day basis I game at home, lying in my bed.
I think it's because I'm slightly shortsighted that small screens don't bother me, while bigger screens make me dizzy, if I don't wear my glasses.

Both the same, i don't care what platform something comes out on, if it is good i will probably buy it, which is why i also have a PS4, a vita and a high-end gaming PC.

Handhelds, with the exception of the Wii generation where I was more of a fan of the home console.
