but this crosses that line. they are copying the game and using it to promote their own. the name "Squid Wars" doesnt even make sense in this context. there were no squids at all. they just want to profit off of Splatoon's instant popularity

Right there "Squid Wars" on this week's developer's picks and fan favorites, listed next to Mission: Infiltration a MGS kind of game.

This is just fans paying homage to a game they liked, is a rip off as much as your username is.

This is Disney's way of getting back at Nintendo for not letting Mickey in Smash Bros. :p
