Sony
- Needs to build stronger relationships with second party devs instead of casting them off to the side all the time, Ready at Dawn was just the most recent and they've done this to multiple studios.
- Needs to make PS Now more worthwhile. IMO it isn't worth the steep price if you're already paying for PS+
- Needs to ackowledge the Vita's existence.
- Needs to fix the PSN. I've had on and off issues on my PS3 since January.
Microsoft
- Needs to expand first party offerings with new studios and build stronger relationships with second party devs.
- Neess to match Plus' price with XBL Gold
- Needs to focus on markets outside of the US and Canada. People won't give MS the time of day if they don't put any effort in.
- Needs to utilize TEH CLOUDTM more. It took us how long to get Crackdown 3 after all the hype?
IMO I think both of them making their consoles HDMI only was a bad idea. Developing nations don't have access to HDTVs as much as Europe/US/Canada/Japan do. Both of them also need to not go all digital. It will not work.

I whole heartedly agree with this here.
Let's also point out some things with Nintendo.
- Needs to develop stronger relationships with 3rd party
- Make the online infrastructure stronger
- Reevaluate their eShop prices
- Listen to their fans more when it comes to console attributes (such as trophies/achievements, streaming, etc)
