Nintendo - Having next to zero third party support.

All companies have made some serious mistakes.

Nintendo is really focused on family, that's there niche but it really can bite them in the ass sometimes when you want a more serious game with a good story. They kinda have that covered a bit with Zelda, but lets be honest here. Zelda is not a HUGE story always with a base of...save princess zelda and defeat gandandorf. Also there consoles have been overwhelmingly weak as far as hardware goes. With the style of first party games they have, it's not an issue, but third party is where that's a big bender on.

Microsoft.....don't get me started on them. All the way from "Kinect needs to be with the consoles", "It always needs to be online", "Sports sports Sports...sports? SPORTS!!" to making you not only pay for live, but having it plastered with so many adds that its taking 80 percent of your screen space. Only 4 true exclusives. Halo, Forza, Crackdown, and Gears of War. Paying for timed exclusives is garbage (both companies are guilty of this, but microsoft is a MUCH bigger offender" Everything about there stance on gaming pisses me off sometimes.

Sony......first party is damn great, but GOD DAMN you guys take way to long to release games. Last Gaurdian anyone?....PSN has been hacked a few times and thats just shitty in general. Getting cocky in the first few years of the ps3 with almost no games at first...thank god for the comeback towards the end. No backwards compatibility is pretty much garbage....i can understand it with the ps3 considering the cell and ps4's system structure is bullshit...but with them taking the emotion engine out of the ps3 to no longer play ps2 games. That pissed me off when my ps3 finally bit the bucket and after self repairing it a few times having to buy another one.

The original post was not a criticism. It was a blatant fanboy post.

Paid online

I keep hearing this thing about average network for Sony, but i never noticed any difference between the Playstation and the Xbox. On PS3 the shop is slow to load, that is true. But does that really matter? XBlive was never much better than PSN that it deserved a fee. Imo anyways.

But, on topic, i too dislike paid online. I actually have never paid for online on either XB or PS.

That's because they are stuck in 2007 when the PSN was objectively bad. But so were many internet connections. They can't imagine that things can change quite a lot in few years, actually improving on Sony side and not so much on XBL. Now it is XBL driving crazy its customers, as we have read about many X360 users asking for refunds due to the many downtimes.

Seriously, you got so many people on here kissing Nintendos ass no matter what they do it's not even funny anymore.

Nintendo: Having the ridiculous obsession to "innovate" with their hardware. Relying waaay too much on nostalgia. Having an 80's mentality in the year 2015. Depending too much from the creativity of one person (Miyamoto). Not hearing their fanbase (words from Reggie). Being close minded when it comes to talk to third parties, thinking that they have to be aproached and not the way around. 

Microsoft: They were the creators of the money hatting. Stucked with the same franchises from their 1st party studios, rinsing and repeating every single gen the same games. Underutilizing their own studios. Not allowing any kind of creativity from their development staff, making them develop the same games over and over again (Bungie comes to mind). Worst PR that i can remember. Underwhelming hardware (power brick and AA batteries for controllers). 

Sony: Not advertising their own games enough. Being too passive when it comes to compete toes to toes in america with the Xbox. Announcing sometimes games way too early in their devlopment phase. Their E3s conferences pace is always stupid. Too proud to recognize failure (japanese thing).
