Why would you? PC is a good thing to game on. It has advantages and disadvantages, it's a personal priority thing.

In total PC gaming software might be close or even to consoles but when it comes to most of AAA games individually PC can't even come close to what they sell on one platform like PS4 or Xbone. Definitely not first week and/or at full price.

If it's mostly based on hard required online only content then the publishers that are primarily of the console gaming industry have nothing to worry about ...

So the giant picture at the top of the OP doesn't allude to the "master race" concept?

That was in the original article, but still no where does it say PC Master Race in the picture and is also no reason to give such a response that had nothing to do with the original topic. Nice to see you defending such practices here all the same..


I didn't defend anything, I just pointed out that this article had obvious "ties" to the "#PCMasterRace" concept. Nice to see you jumping the gun though!

That diagram looks awfully familiar. Like it was sponsored from a certain company that has no bearing in the console market anymore.

When you have a trillion games releasing on the platform every week of course. But I'd be interested in seeing the day when AAA revenue on PC beats console.



There's only 2 races: White and 'Political Agenda'

Indeed. The PC growth is largely due to 2 things, F2P games (especialyl MOBAs) and China. Although those 2 things are actually related

Dont know about that. But if that was only the case then why is full priced games selling so well on steam? just look at GTA5 even after being released at such a late time sold better in the same time frame as the x1 and PS4 versions. MGS5 is selling really well too.

Also it took The Last of Us, a major AAA PS3 exclusive title 15 months to sell 6 million, Diablo 3 sold that in its first week of release. So clearly PC can shift Software other then F2P titles as many would like to believe.

In what timeframe are you talking about?

Yes, although some friends said that without a console I "would lose a lot of great exclusives".

But... so far there's not any exclusives that makes me want to go back on a console.

Exactly how to you figure that out?,a 500$ PC got today would easy outperfom the PS4 when it comes to 3rd party games and does (Unless you think cos batman = all games?? if so thats just silly). No defense from me, but you clealry are taking this overly personal and are apperantly hurt by something i said.  To put it more plainly for you I just just said NO SHIt PC hardware sales is bigger given PCs can cost 2k while console go for 3 bills give or take.  Cool get it?

Really?. clearly someone is salty but its not me.. You said that a person spends 2k on hardware to play versions of games thats worse then your console versions.

IU just stated a fact that a 500 dollor pc can outperfom any of the consoles. Now your changing what you originly said and trying to say im upset about it...

And also even if games are only being made for consoles and ported to pc as an after thought like you like to say then why does 99.9% of every multi platform game look alot better on PC's that cost a lot less then 2k then they do on consoles??.


You can spend 500 or 2k, and your game will still be inferior to my console one lol thats a facts in many relases and you know it.  

Look better by what magic, its the same assests that were designed and optimised for console and you know thats a fact to.  All you do is maybe run them in slighlty higehr res at best.  Thats if its not a broken port like many games are when they head to PC.   Truth is you are playing console games, on your 2k pc.  Awesome.
