Student disciplined after stopping out-of-control school bus

This is an example of the bureaucratic stupidity in our government. If we don't get this crap under control our nation is DOOMED!

If someone is in the middle of robbing a bank and they see a pregant woman giving birth and decide to help. Should they not be punished for robbing the bank?

If the girl was sick it one thing but if not then I have no problem with it.

Though I would be for a lesser punishment in both cases, but as I don't know what there school policy is I will asume it wasn't the worst they could do.
