Some of this stuff honestly excites me if it's true. But it really is just all rumors at this point until it's heard straight from Nintendo themselves. But I can't help but think alot of this lines up with what we have been saying so far..

Except for the fact they're doing this already. Upgrading your VC from Wii Shop to eShop is practically just peanuts. Several indie titles on eShop are already cross buy. Mario vs DK was cross buy. It's pretty clear Big N is heading in that direction.

While that would be nice, I think having parity with the Vita (or being right below it) is probably more reasonable to assume. At this point I think we all know that Nintendo flirts with the less expensive end in regard to tech and I can't see NX being any different.

At least get HD for marketing reasons. Should be a Wii U portable basically.

GC was cheap and powerful.

If this is to be believed then the home console won't be coming out until 2017 some time.

Most of that sounds like common sense, to be honest. The key for Nintendo, and something I think they'll go after hard, is getting smart phone and browser games on their devices.
