What elements do you use to make the perfect final fantasy game?

Weapon period types (guns vs swords vs magic etc)
Equipment range (lots of different equipment vs upgraded equipment)
Equipment availability (chests vs drops vs crafting)
Map limitations (travel locked to transportation, travel locked to storyline)
Environments (full multi-tiered open world vs segregated areas)
Characters (large cast vs unlockable cast vs temporary cast)
Story (fantasy, medieval, fantastical, modern)
Basically, I want a game like tactics with job classes and lots of characters, with all the hunts and pilgrammages fleshed out into actual quests, combat like ff15, and open world-ish like 12.
