i loved all three parts of the game, the story telling was amazing and always hoped to see another sequel, but like many other i think the chances not are very high, even for a hd collection and at twitter somebody shared it the same way, but with a answer from "katsuhiro harada"...

I want an HD collection! It will make me spend money on whatever console it is on!

Make the HD remakes forPS4/WiiU or make a collection port for 3DS/Vita. Both would sell pretty well, at least in JApan.

Xenosaga chronology was like it was xenogears and it was planned to be 7 games which xenogears is the fifth chapterr. Due to copyright shit Harada couldn't bring his plot to other developer and Square wasn't going to make the others, so q re-wrote everything and made Xenosaga to be 6 games. Than shit happened again and years later there is xenoblade.

This guy should release just a damn book already. Or a collection of books, Xenosaga as a gaming epopeia as he wanted just isn't going to happen.

Since when was Xenogears supposed to be part 5?

Xenogears is a separate series, and even when the timelines are matched up, Xenogears takes place over 10,000 years after the planned 6 parts of Xenosaga. The released Xenosaga episode 3 covered the final events of the series, since the series was canceled early in its development and they had to wrap it up. Many story elements of the planned series had to be rushed through or cut out completely.

Its obvious Xenosage wont continue cause Monolith works for Nintendo and does Xenoblade instead now. That is the new Xenosaga.

As for the HD collection, Namco can totally make that happen if they want. Dont know if they want though, as the show for demand wasnt gigantic or anything. I would rather they brought some localisation over like Tales of Innocence R and even God Eater 2.
Xenosaga is already available in the west on PS2. Yeah... an HD collection would be awesome, but if it cant happen, it cant.

Xenosaga is still namco's, Xenogears is still Squaresoft's (well ehm Square-enix), and some years ago Nintendo bought Monolith software, maybe the first xenoblade was co-produced?

Wouldn't minf seeing a collection of Xenosaga as long as they update the animations for the first one and speed up the load times.
