At the current rate VGChartz is updating, I predict that in one week, we'll see VGChartz pull out numbers from the future!
Give it a month, and we'll start seeing sales all the way until end-2015.
Give it a year, and we'll see sales stretching until 2025. VGChartz starts tracking digital around when 2017 data appears or so, and magically pulls out digital numbers via extrapolation from 2013 onwards.

Kinda. But as it has been said before, ioi is the one and only that can and will update the weekly numbers. I don't know if he has many or any other jobs outside of VGC, but as it seems, the site is not his main source of income.
You do have a point... we are very impatient for free content.

It's OK to be impatient if you ask me. This problem didn't really exist in previous years afaik.

They run a website. Therefore they have obligations. If you can't maintain the website, then shut it down. Or shut down the sales portion completely and keep the forums only.
Also; I'm asuming they've had jobs and lives for the last nearly 10 years. Why wasn't this a problem then?
