People thinking the PSV is overpriced should really reconsider themselves.. It is totally worth the price and more, plus Vita games are the cheapest out there !

It is great to see Sony talking about new Vita's, especially after the comments made early this year. However, a wifi only Vita in 2015 is a complete waste of money. Sony needs to put out a 4G option, and give people the ability to truly "Never Stop Playing".

As it stands right now, I have a day one 3G Vita, a wifi only Vita 2000, and a PSTV. I have a 64GB card in all three units, and I buy at least one Vita game a week, most of the time more. My 3G unit is my phone, and it does everything people are doing on the current leading mobile platforms. There is not a moment throughout the day where my 3G Vita is not doing something, and the 30GB+ of data I use on it over 3G is a pretty good indicator of its usage.

Until Sony offers a 4G Vita, I have no insintive to upgrade, and even worse, I have no opertunity to introduce new people to the platform. It really hurts when I see the excitment in peoples eyes when they see me using it as a phone, and I have to tell them it is no longer available. Sony is missing out on a huge market of people that would replace their current mobile device for a Vita, if they only had the option.

ahh the color looks great , but i prefer play with dark color because dark color will play better because less shiny trough my visions when playing on bright environment

At the price the PS TV was at during the fire sales ($20), I'm surprised you didn't jump on that.  Stuff might not be compatible, but that's 1/3 the price of a new game.  It's ridiculous the console got that cheap!  I'd have bought it in a second if UK prices were similar.

These new colours are the 2000 model.  I'm not sure Vita is popular enough anywhere in the world for a new model again, but it's not beyond the realms of possibility.  Supposedly 2000 is pretty good though (better battery life at least, which is a big deal for me in mobile hardware).

For the type of games you're listing, I don't think it's future has even been in question?  (It's getting tonnes of Japanese support).

iirc all of those games are PS TV compatible except for Ys Celceta.
