I'm really looking forward to it, there's gonna be a ton of cool stuff for PS owners with a taste for japanese games there. Release date announcement for the game of the decade probably as well.

no news yet from Nintendo nor Microsoft? or if they announced that they won't be participating in this year's TGS.

They are not attending TGS this year.

Neither will participate, MS does it's own thing a couple weeks after TGS this year in Japan (which, yeah let's see how that turns out), Nintendo never goes to TGS, because... who knows.

You can prepare for mostly PS announcements coming out of TGS, aside from the mobile games that will mostly be ignored over here anyway.
