Konami makes all the sense. Activision, I don't get. It's a great Jimquisition too and It's exactly why I will assume all current MGSV reviews are BS.

The claims by Activision, SCEA and the first one by Konami were probably due to youtube copyright bots; the second Konami claim was probably done by a Konami marketer to silence criticism. Man, it's been a wild week; have you all been enjoying the ride?
