Venture Capital Director, Executive, Manager, etc...once you start your own firm, you end up with a lot of D&O positions in various companies and/or on their boards.

Oddly, I have a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and never went to business school.

I'm a student (not university student, high school ) but I have a part time job as a waiter (or to be precise, a runner).

I do a little video editing here and there, I've got some writing projects, whatever I can manage. Fingers crossed that the next time this subject comes up I can say I'm making money from my Youtube channel. Gunnin' pretty hard for that.

Visual effects artist. The dude who sits at a screen all day. That inserts CG spaceships you love to see flyby. or the guy painting out safety wires for 15 hours.

I'm an author. I mainly write ads, some blogs and stuff like that, but also game reviews. Not on big sites, just small german places, but it's still fun. You can find some of my reviews at coopgames.eu, if you happen to understand german. I also did a lot of stuff for eBay, Zalando, HUK Coburg, OTTO and some other pretty well known companies. I even wrote a script for a television ad once.

I'm doing this job for four years now and just kinda slipped in. I always wrote stuff for fun on the net and someday, I just got asked if I wanted to do it for money. I never even thought that would be possible. Slowly but steady, I gained new customers and worked as a freelancer for a professional ad company. It's pretty crazy, when I think about it. I learned nothing about this job in school or college. I worked at Mc Donald's before at minimum wage. I'm not kidding.

I also tried to write some books and stuff, but didn't manage to sell it to a publisher until now. I still refuse to use self publishing. But yeah, it's not one of my main priorities right now, as I barely have enough time to do my daytime work. But I'll get back to that someday. I really would prefer to write what I like instead of constantly writing ads, making SEO and stuff like that.

One big plus of my job is that I can do it from home. I absolutely love that. =D

Official member of VGC's Nintendo family, approved by the one and only RolStoppable. I feel honored.

Another teacher here. My degree was Math and Geography.

Tenured and am doing my MEd.

I'm Brazilian and I study economics. As of now, I teach English for advanced levels, and that's how I make money to buy my beloved Wii U games.

Economics is a new thing for me, I spent two years of my life studying Computer Science as well, but since day one I was under the impression I would end up not liking the course. In the meantime, I fell in love with Econ and here I am. I graduate in 3 years.
