Ya that is generally my number one annoyance in JRPG with a lot of battles, so thats pretty awesome.

It was done very well in Infinite Undiscovery, so I'm glad to see more games trying to adopt that system.

Sadly I don't remember that, since I found the game to be awful on its own, one of the few times I felt utter buyer remorse.

That's PS3 footage, the top one.

No it isn't, PS3 doesn't have the "Press any button" thing.

Never played a Tales game before but the combat looks a little weak.

Can't wait to play it on PC! Will satisfy my tales of craving for a while.

They better dull down the DLC practices for this game.

Wasn't that the source of some outcry over the game in Japan?

I believe there was a character that joined your party early in the game and is supposedly very important to the story, but leaves not that far in and is unavailable for the rest of the game. Then, Bamco released a DLC afterwards starring that specific character, letting you control him/her again.

Infinite Undiscovery didn't have any load times at all it is also somewhat underrated.  That being said I pretty much liked all the other action JRPG's from the last generation more except maybe for Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World (PS3 version).

It was nice. You just hit "RT" and you that pulled out your weapon. With that, combat began and the combat menu appeared. Not too dissimilar to FF12 or Xenoblade.

Plan on getting PS4 version. Curious if be any differences.
