Marvel superhero films tend to be fun, wrapped in computer-animation, leaning towards comedy with clever one-liners and remarks as fantasy characters try to save our ever in danger World from fantasy antagonist.

Enter Daredevil introducing a gritty world where the main character with fantasy abilities takes on drug crime and curruption against normal guys with characters that we could perhaps find somewhere, some time, in our world.

Colorful displays of power, explosions, computer animated showdowns on one hand, while wounds, bullet holes in bleeding bodies lie on the other.

Which take on the comic characters from Marvel do you enjoy better, that one closer to the Marvel Films Universe, or the approach shown for Daredevil?

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

I fucking loved Daredevil so I'll go with that.

I love both. Where is that option? I love the fun they have in the movies. Antman was just pure fun. And winter solider was pretty amazing to me. And I love shield and daredevil of course.

Hmmm. I prefer the daredevil approach,

Both

Dark and grounded works well for Daredevil just like it works well for Batman

If you have aliens and crazy powers and try to keep it grounded or scientific you get a silly mix of theme and plot (Fantastic 4). Age of Ultron had great writing, character development, and cinematography as did Daredevil so I'm gonna say as long as they get those basics done as well as they have right now I'm good with both tones.

I am Iron Man

I second this. They're different styles but I don't have a preference. I like both.

I think for superhero stuff, you tend to need CGI for many things. But I've always been of the belief that when you can use practical effects, do so.

Having said that, they're both part of the same continuity. The Netflix shows are just supposed to be part of the "man on the street" kind of heroes, versus the big world-saving heroes. IE "Marvel Knights".

I like daredevil a lot better

This new "gritty" Daredevil is a travesty. I'll take the Marvel approach only because I refuse to like anything that Frank Miller has destroyed.

I cannot comment on Age of Ultron as I have not seen it yet. However, when I saw the Avengers I was incredibly disappointed. I enjoyed Iron Man, I thought it was fun and it still maintained suspense.
The Avengers on the other hand was a complete joke, literally. All the one liners felt forced, as they were implemented constantly. They even made Loki a big joke, and because of this he felt inferior. When the alien invasion took place this could have been when they added suspense, yet they still managed to make it feel way too comedic. It completely removed me from the movie.

Daredevil on the other hand is amazing, however, I understand that not all Marvel properties should be this gritty. Perhaps they need to balance their movies to add a bit more tension. It does not even have to be dark or gritty, just do not make your villains a complete joke, especially when they pulled off the villain well previously. An example of this would be: Loki was a good villain in Thor - in the Avengers they just made him so... pathetic.

Oh and do not even get me started on the Hulk "I am always angry". That was such a cheap shot. Also if Bruce Banner was always angry, he would always be the Hulk. Did the showrunners have no idea about the Hulk whatsoever?
