He is in most everything else, so it is easy to think they would have included him in one of the top WiiU games.

Yeah if I'm not mistaken Birdo hasn't been in anything but spin offs really, much less New Super Mario Bros. U.
Anyways, I'm going to have to go with this being fake. Though I would so be down for more MK8 DLC.
