Yeah, it's in the Pirate Homeworld in that Metroid Processing chamber with the big pillar in the middle. You can't miss it, it's near the red door I believe.

I can't remember exactly what Retro said about the whole thing but it was something like "Guuh, it's only a coincidence that in the whole sentence, we've only put emphasis on the "Dread" word!11!!lolololol."

I can find it if necesarry, but Retro has essentially denied that Metroid Dread is in production. They didn't say that it'll never be made though. Who knows for sure what they're up to. Although it was also reported that after MP3 Retro is taking a break from Metroid games. No one knows what Nintendo's plans are for the series right now.

Who said retro is making the game. As far as we know dread is a sidescroller and retro makes the 3d fpa metroids not the 2ds. SO that could me retro isn't producing it and know nothing about it.

Well if that were true then the reference in MP3 would be completely meaningless. And actually I was wrong when I said Retro denied it. It was actually Nintendo that said it's not currently in production. That was some months ago, so who knows what's going on now or in the future.
