well said, Nintendo fanboys do tend to go a bit over the top talking about their games, even though the vast majority of gamers are completely indifferent to those games.

Just look at Splatoon. That's one hell of an irrelevant game! It's a new IP that's probably already at 2 million or so.

Its fun to play.... but would you sit on twitch and watch players play it for fun? or would you rather play it yourself?

Until dawn can be just as fun to experiance, as a viewer watching pewdiepie play it, as yourself playing it (almost).

The same isnt true for a game like splatoon (or most nintendo games).


Pewdiepie plays games that are fun to watch, he picks games based on what he thinks people will enjoy watching.

 

*** Proof of my claim:

Twitch has 21,000 viewers watching people play Until dawn right now.

Twitch has ~200 viewers watching people play splatoon.

You are correct that I am arrogant, I have no problem with that.

But you are incorrect about disagreeing with my opinion, I have absolutely no problem with that, if you read the first post that I quoted you can see that I respect the right of everybody to have their own opinion, no matter how wrong it is. And I will forever support your right to have that opinion, I will even fight for your right to that opinion. Even though I find it wrong.

Because what you have written right now makes no sense when quoting me. I have never used the word "fact" a single time. I did, however, use the word "opinion" nine (9) times. How you came to a conclusion that I said that any of that are facts I have no idea.

I was talking about any user that disagreed with him in that manner. Their opinion versus his opinion. His carries more weight. I'm sure he's done dry runs or tests to see what games or content that get him the most views and that's what his comment was about. His actual preferences for games is most likely different off camera. Some games are fun for people to watch and others not so much.

Yeah, Until Dawn would surely get more views than let's say Super Mario Maker. /s

Pewdiepie has never done Nintendo games on his channel besides one or two roms on emulators.

Most of the games he plays on his channel are quite honestly terrible.
