Just finished Chapter 1. Sure, I wasn't the best at it but it was still a lot of fun and we got there in the end. Those guys were pretty scary too...more update coming tomorrow!

The Skull Unit are certainly very interesting they do however come across as enemies that would fit more into Rising then the Solid series going by first impressions.

I'm like 4 hours in and the game is something else. Controls are as smooth as in Ground Zeroes. And as expected, I'm starting to like Peace Walker's feel of the game.

Man that prolog was dope literraly

That prologue is nothing compared to... well if you thought The End was an insane battle you're about to be woken up hard.

Just finished the prologue, really enjoyed it but at the same time it's left me confused, baffled and just basically "wtf" so if someone could explain a couple of questions I have without spoiling if possible, if it's not possible then would be able to tell me if everything begins to make sense late on.

First I had to change my appearance only for my appearance to go back to big boss after looking in mirror

second, there's a dude shooting fire out his body and a floating girl who appears to summon a giant whale on fire that takes down a helicopter! What was happening here. It seemed out of place.

Maybe it's just me and maybe it's deliberate but I can't see a thing in that picture :-p

On Ch4.

As with all other MGS games, with the exception of Snake Eater, the game does not deserve high scores its getting.

Horrid, truly horrid writing and dialogue, its the most nonsensical story yet. The direction is simply abysmal. Kojima must not be let near an AAA budget ever again.

The gameplay however is fantastic. I'm definitely going to complete it, but I wont be watching any more cutscenes.
