I'll never get the hate for Man of Steel. If a Navy Seal had to take on a battalion of Navy Seals. There would be casualties. He'd be fighting multiple people with the same level of skill.

In the case of the Man of Steel. It's even worse. You have Superman taking on a battalion of elite Kryptonian Soldiers. He's merely a farm boy. The fact that he won at all should be enough.

"Why didn't he lead Zod out of the city" Did they not hear Zod say that his goal was to kill every human on the planet. He said himself that his only purpose was to protect Krypton and it's people. Superman took that away from him and he was going take everything from Superman. Superman either had to fight him wear they stood or Zod would slaughter people until he came back to face him.

George Miller took a cool character and turned him into a wuss. Can't imagine what he'll do to Superman.

While I don't think TDKR is a fantastic film by any stretch, somebody like Chris Nolan is just on another tier.

Ditto the Avengers films.

Then again, filming a Superman film has got to be TOUGH.

Man of Steel's biggest issue was its pacing, flat characters, and lack of emotion and humor. While I don't think Fury Road excelled in the latter two serious, it was certainly much better than Man of Steel. I'm up for any DC film not directed by Zack Snyder.

so MoS sequel will suck even more now? Mad Max reboot was horrible.
