I already own everything digital on Xbone except a physical copy of BF4 I never play.

I would totally buy one of these for the bedroom if the price were right.

Ok, this is all speculation, vibrato, and some of it is just plane wrong.

Both Microsoft and Amazon have guaranteed that you will Always be allowed to redownload anything you purchased.  So yes, 15 years from now you could download all your games.

I'm glad you have never had anything stolen or lost in a natural disaster in your lovely parent's basement, but that's just luck, and to assume nothing with ever happen might be true, but might be false.  

Anyway, hope you are happy with your soon to be retro gaming, but I think you are being left behind or learn to adapt as technology marches forward.
