Unless anyone can prove that ReCore is using the Unity engine this should be taken as speculation and even if you do know that ReCore is using the Unity engine that doesn't rule it out being another unannounced project ...

ReCore is an upcoming 3rd-person action adventure game being developed in partnership with Keiji Inafune, exclusive for Xbox One and Windows 10.  In ReCore, you play one of the last surviving humans and team up with a variety of robot companions to travel through a hostile and mysterious world.  Having just been announced, I am not at liberty to post any more details about the game just yet, but Microsoft has big plans for the game and the IP over the coming year.

This doesn't sound like a mistake.

Is this even surprising anymore. In the age of $50 million game budgets its not possible to make any profits by releasing on consoles with such small install bases. Why do you think the next street fighter is also coming to pc. Pretty much every exclusive comes to pc unless it's developed in house by 1st party.
