We met in on of me college classes she seemed very sweet and we kinda clicked , we went out to the movies, to the beach and eventually started dating. I never met a girl like her before.. she deleted her facebook page and when i asked how come she said its a waste of time and also because she doesnt want otehr guys talking to her if she already has a man..  So, things like that made me love her even more. I seriously thought she was the love of myself because she was nothing like other girls i dated before her. She was just perfect. I wanted to eventually have her move in with me and even secretly wanted to marry her. But then just last week my phone was dead so I asked her for her phone so i could listen to music on it.. while i was on her phone she received a text message from a guy "goodnight beautiful!! :)" I asked her who it was she said it was one of her male friends back from middle school.. I let it go because i trusted her wayy too much to even doubt her. I didn't see her much after that for a few days .. we were both busy working. Yesterday in the afternoon, i texted her and wanted to know why she hadn't texted me in a few days because usually she texts me every morning and i text her every night to say good night.. She never responded again so i drove to her apartment to make sure she is ok. I have keys to her apartment so I walk in and i see my girlfriend sitting on the couch next to a guy.. I am like what the hell is going on here?   she gets so nervous and her voice jumps "Uh this is Kyle.. hes just a friend".  But then i notice the freshly used condom in the trash.  I look at her with disgust and say "Dont ever talk to me again!". And I just walk out...  She tries calling me and i dont answer.. she leaves 6 messages saying she is sorry and she wants to talk..

I swear I'm so heartbroken right now. I dont think i can trust girls anymore.  

Yea, I believe the freshly used condom gave that way (especially if you didn't use that condom). I wouldn't answer her calls either. It is time to move on. There are plenty of fish in the sea. Hopefully, you will find a better one next time.

Consider yourself lucky, at least you experienced hypergamy while dating and not during marriage, cause that would of been way worse. So that's the silver lining from this shitty event.

That my friend is becoming harder and harder as the years go by, just look at the divorce rate, it's nearing 50%.

I suppose this is one of the downsides to sexual liberation and hookup culture, I guess with great power comes great responsibility...except responsibility is kinda thrown outta the window cuz...reasons.

Lesson learned. And it was a cheap lesson.
Be happy you got out this easily/quickly and look for a woman who's worth your time and effort more.
