If you think of more let me know, I'll look at them to see if they meet the qualifications. I think I'm only going to add remakes if they offer more than presentation changes. So, if the game gets changes to it's gameplay or story, then it will be added. Otherwise, I'm keeping this list as only games that are new for the 8th gen.

There is no in-between a remaster and a remake, its either a remaster or a remake, and in SOD's case the way I see it they really only upgraded some assets, resolution and framerate. The difference you've experienced might be due toa  bigger jump in framerate, still though, its not even close to being a remake.

In GOW III R's case as well, the jump in framerate really does have an effect on gameplay, so it does feel like a  much better experience than the original. TLOU R though, now that doesn't feel too different from TLOU despite having upgraded assets, but then it includes Left Behind DLC too.

They have improved the character models and textures in SOD and the framerate is much better aswell. Plus it also includes all the DLC like TLOU-R, but its ok we dont have to include it because its on PC aswell which defeats the point of this list.

I believe there is a level of remasters you can buy, those that only upscale the res and framerate and those that do a complete make over. SOD isnt a remake but everything was looked at, It isnt a major jump like Gears Ultimate to Gears 360 but the game had a higher attention to detail compared to other remasters we have seen this gen.

Also, please do not make silly sweeping generalization comments about "Xbox fans". I am an Xbox fan and I have never told anyone to wait until Christmas. I don't know anyone else here telling people to "wait until Christmas". There has been plenty to play on my Xbone prior to Christmas.

Yes, I know you're an Xbox fan, you demonstrate it regularly in PS4 thread. I really don't think you of all people have the right to make a comment like that about me. Search this site and find a post by me in an XB1 game thread. I stay well clear of them, but when I see XB1 fans coming into PS4 threads or making silly remarks, I'll often point them out. Two of my friends are XB1 fans and neither are like some of the people I talk to on the internet, so, NO, that's not a generalisation. It has just got boring and childish.

I'm kind of lost for words. You honestly believe that the general talk about the XB1 line up hasn't been focused on the Christmas period? Anyway, enough of this, I was simply pointing out an obvious 'Soony' troll that wasn't called for.

That's why I laugh when people look down their nose at multiplats. The really quality exclusives are few and far between these days. This year, Sony has Bloodborne, and MS will likely see Halo getting high scores with Forza behind it. Outside of that, it's a roll of the dice.

I think you have me totally confused. I am not a console gamer, i respect consoles and there games but i find these lists doing nothing but downgrade other platforms for having a different focus. Look me up on Steam (Azzanation) and find out for yourself, ill even add you. If your going to do a list war then its best to leave the multiplats alone, PC games count as multiplat games. If your going to include PC ports then you might as well include the XB1 BC etc.

Make a list of pure exclusive that only exist on PS or Xbox systems. Look at the difference between this and the other lists made, went from 1486 PS4 pts to 791 XB1 pts to now 67 PS4 pts to 62 XB1 pts. Its alot closer now isnt it, and its far from finished. Thats all i want to see, not adding a game library from another system and counting them as exclusives when MS own the PC gaming market.

If you feel better reading and believing these lists when alot of them contain nothing but fillers from other platforms then thats you. Since we already have thousands of lists of the exact same thing, seeing fans trying to justify there purchases, then why not make a list that actually makes sense or different.

I would rather see actual console exclusives up agasint there direct competition then a bunch of PC ports fighting the battle for them. Afterall its about Xbox/MS vs PS4/Sony.

Also remember these lists arent facts since these arent offcial lists, this is just fans naming games.

We've finally got a bare bones XBO vs PS4 list ladies and gents and the PS4 came on top . Going to save this URL and paste it whenever someone says that the PS4 has no games or has inferior games compared to the Xbox One. Wii U comes on top though. The OP didn't mention the console, since the WII U's gigantic true exclusive game list would have made the other two console cry .
