ps2 was legendary...but ps3 is pretty badass you have to admit...xbox was released way earlier and ps3 still won.. better exclusives and better reliability i guess.

1 - PS1
2 - PS2
3 - N64
4 - PS3
5 - DS
6 - GC
7 - 3DS (it would go 6° if DQVII, DQVIII & DQX get a western release), although technicaly it's also 5° because it has DS BC.
SNES & PS2 where something special.
Dont quite think PS3 reached same heights, PS4 might still though, its shapeing up nicely (if your into rpgs).

Bloodborne, The Witcher 3, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Dragon Quest XI, Final Fantasy XV, Final Fantasy 7 remake, Fallout 4, Nier 2, Persona 5, Dragon Quest X, Type 0, World of Final Fantasy,
Yup, only thing im missing is a dark shin megami tensei RPG.
It won't, but if this keeps up, it will become a top 3 console for RPGs of all time.

Not to take anything from PS1, but during that era I had a PC with a 3dfx card. Many PC exclusives were technically not possible on console, like the one in my avatar. Chrono Cross is still amazing though.
Deus Ex (2000) - a game that pushes the boundaries of what the video game medium is capable of to a degree unmatched to this very day.
You're entitled to your opinion, and I have no issues with it. But, PS2's library>any other 3D console in history. The fact that it got almost every AAA multi platform game either exclusively or timed exclusively, speaks volumes.

No NES? Name me one console on that list that CREATED or debuted more legendary franchises on a home console.

Im sure it was an amazing console, in fact many of my favorite franchises started there, but i just didn't play it, was a PC gamer back then, and very young.

My first console and home to a lot of fond memories but a lot of games were absolute shovelware, ultra short, or undefined. I respect what the NES did but 8-bit was just too crude. I sometimes cringe when I think of replaying games from that era.
I played most consoles from the Nes till now.PS3 is the best console yet imo.Games, build and features.PS4 may top it yet.
