What's in your opinion is the best designed and most satisfying laser beam depicted in a video game, either in-game or cinematics ?
To me it's either the Spartan Laser (Halo series) or the Charge Rifle Anti-titan weapon (TitanFall).

It is powerful, can blast players and vehiucle in one shot and it is slow, wich is very important to me. The kind of feel it gives is it being a very powerful weapon but difficult to land a hit with, but once you do, you can wipe ennemy out and reverse a game.
And the beam is big enough, and red.
Charge Rifle :
The recoil on this thing make it a fabulous weapon to use. You really feel the power of the beam out of your pad and it make landing a shot with it very satisfying. It's one of most useful anti-titan weapon in the game and can also blast player in one shot, wich is very conveniant. But you have to know how to use it, one mistake and you are done since it can reveal your position to a titan who can end your game in one shot if it barely know how to aim.
