Dragon Age and The Witcher 3 are the best games I have played on PS4 thus far.

Probably pick up Bloodborne too if you're into that kind of thing.

I had a great time with Shadow of Mordor. Infamous was...ok.

I'm not too sure what types of games you're into. So I'll assume you want us to just recommend whatever we like, and get a wide variety of opinions. So I'll throw in some of my favorites for the console:

Resogun (shmup with spectacular destruction physics and awesome music)
Final Fantasy XIV (MMO with boatloads of content to try and good story)
Rocket League (Playing Football [Soccer] with rocket-powered RC cars)

Future:
Brother's: A Tale of Two Sons (One of my favorite games ever)
Persona 5 (Persona 4 is one of my favorite games ever, so obviously I can't wait for the next one!)
No Man's Sky (Exploring an enormous procedurally generated universe)
