That mindset will get you no where. What if they were really clueless as to what we wanted and are ignorantly making this garbage? Would you just sit there like a idiot and say nothing? Voice your opinion.

This isnt about a single video game man..... Konami can leverage their IP any they want to.We dont have a right to tell any company or anybody period how and what to with their property.

Respecting there are people that will enjoy pachinko Silent Hill or Castlevania? Respecting the fact Konami is not just a game company (just a branch) and caters to many crowds in different fields?

I'm sorry but what are you even trying to argue here? From our perspective as consumers it is not our task to worry about what the company wants to do with its IP. Nobody is arguing that it's not Konamis choice what to do with their IPs but a company doesn't serve itself, it serves the customers. We as customers are supposed to voice our opinions on what we want from companies and companies are supposed to act on that demand.

So when Konami decides to cancel Silent Hills but bring out this Pachinko machine, my reaction shouldn't be "Oh well it is their IP and they can do what they want with it" but I should show them that they have made a bullshit decision to me and that I want that game that Silent Hills was probably going to be.

Why should I be tiptoeing around calling out companies decisions that I find to be BS? Nobody gains from that. A company can't get its feelings hurt, but the people responsible for its decisions can learn from the criticism.

Konami did serve its customer though... Pachinko/gambling gambling crowd. For this product, this branch, YOU the gamers are not the intended audience. YOU do not have any any business telling Konami how to serve THOSE guys or pissed for serving them. When Konami does something intended for YOU, then you may voice your opinion, but know that EVERYTHING Konami does outside of video games or even inside video games will not be for you. Its pathetic that every time a Japanese developer annouces a mobile title or Pachinko or Anime there is a whine wave across the net like everything has to be aimed at you. 

Konami, please just end yourself and sell your franchises who would actually use them. There's no hope for Konami anymore...

The video confused me. Then, I googled what the hell "pachinko" was. More confused now than ever.

I honestly think Konami wants their old fans to hate them. They're purposely trying to piss them off now.

Silent Hills was the only Konami thing I was interested, and they cancelled it... Now this.

Yeah, I don't care about Konami anymore.
