It's been far, far too long since I took a physics or chemistry class, but I'm pretty sure a teraton is a unit of energy, not mass. A quick google search is bringing up results for how big an explosion you could get from a teraton, so it looks like I'm not wrong. And while I know that mass and energy can be interrelated, I don't think we usually measure mass with teratons.

I'm also too lazy to sit down and calculate how much 5.1 trillion teratons translates into kilos.

Could be. But I really couldn't imagine Link v Samus.  Both came from different settings and their 'power'.  One is futuristic Sci-Fi and the other one is somewhat like a mediaval or some sort of fantasy world.

Link, because he can use a hookshot without ripping his arm off and can lift boulders. He can also carry soo many items and have a lot of abilities (breathe underwater, won't burn to death, etc.) :p

The original Zelda was supposed to be sci-fi early in development, so just imagine that and the fight begins.

Isn't this like asking what would win between magic and technology.

It depends entirely on the situation, who would win will change depending on which world setting you put the characters in. In Links world he would win, in Samus' world she would win... If you pull them out of both their respective worlds then you can simply cherry pick attributes and make whichever one you want win.
