Xbone pad is pretty much perfect. Very durable, too. I do wish they'd fix the issues with syncing headsets that pop up every now and again.

DS4 is an improvement over DS3 but LOL @ the battery life and LOL @ the analog stick rubber. My son is pretty much the only person who uses ours and even with only moderate use the sticks are starting to wear down.

Wii U... I hate the Gamepad. I'd play more games on the Wii U if the pad weren't so terrible imho.

*edit : I prefer the Dual Shock 4, imo the best of the 3.

Definitely xbox one controller. Perfect feeling with 30+ hours battery life. The next may be pro controller.

Polls like this are useless because this forum is dominated by Sony fans.

It could be bias. Or maybe the xb1 controller just has the worse bumpers and d pad of these controllers.

The most improved from last gen goes to the Dualshock 4, its so much better than its predecessor the biggest downside to me  same as the DS3 is the analog sticks If I play anything competative or with fast movements my thumbs ache and slip off the analog sticks to easily. I do perfer the new positions of Share/Options compared to the Start/Select.

The Xbox One gets the best overall from me as the offset analog sticks and the bumpers make it feel great.

Gamepad iv'e only used a few times at a friends so no real comments for me on that.

All three are great, I have no favorite this gen.

Last gen, I bought sometimes the 360-version (or PC-version) instead of the PS3-version due to the much better 360-controller.

As long as he doesn't say "fanboys" or use the word in certain ways, I don't think it's bannable.

Anyway I think the X1 is the best controller this generation.

i love the dualshock 4,.. espcially coming off the the dual shock 3, wii-mote, and GC wavebird the DS4 is really really good.  great egronomics i barely even notice i'm holding it which is the best praise i think you can give a controller (..that isn't a rock band guitar).

i didn't like the wiiU gamepad,.. doesn't seem to fit my hands that great and the analogs are not what i want. also the screen is just a bad idea.

i have no comment worth stating about the xbox one controller. haven't used it really ever but the 360 controller was great other than the D-pad. ..but the ergonomics were to die for.
